What are the spices i should put in meatballs?

Also add celery seed, Italian parsley, minced onion, allot of Parmesan cheese (grated), plain breadcrumbs, then roll them in flour, it will make the outside crispy and make the inside juicy, then when you drop them in the gravy (tomato sauce to you non Italians) the outside will get less crispy and while the gravy is simmering, the meatballs will let out their juices and make the gravy tastier.
