LOSING WEIGHT?! please help!?

You know, I was really proud of you until I read that last paragraph. I thought, 'Hey, here's a girl that's going to do this the right way and stay at peace with herself and her body.' Please, please, please don't make yourself throw up. That's counterproductive for weight loss; do you realize that making yourself vomit can burn away the lining of your esophagus, damage your vocal chords, discolor your teeth and damage all of the other organs in your body? And thinspo may not phyiscally harm you, but it can seriously mess with your head and psychological well being. I'm afraid of an eating disorder too, you can look at the question I just posted tonight. Don't put yourself into the same kind of position. What you're planning to eat tomorrow sounds good, though for dinner I'd suggest having a good helping of vegetables, since they're missing from your meals earlier in the day. (: But please, set an example for your friends and other girls in your life, and do this the healthy way. I know it sounds corny, and cheesy, but love yourself for who you are. At 135, and five foot five, you are at a healthy weight with a BMI of 22.5. You are healthy, but more importantly, you are beautiful. Don't ever forget that. <3
