Ranch Chicken: one-half cup grated parmesan cheese; one and one-half cups crushed corn flakes; 1(1oz.) packet ranch salad dressing mix; 2 pounds chicken drumsticks; one-half cup(1 stick) butter, melted. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cheese, corn flakes and dressing mix. Dip washed, dried chicken in butter and dredge in corn flake mixture. Place in sprayed 9 by 13- inch baking dish and bake uncovered for 50 minutes. Serves 6.
