2007 Chevy Impala LT?

I want an Impala for my first car because it's roomy, How much do you think they cost? Should I get it or is there a better option for me since I have about $12,500.. Any suggestions about what I should to it like what size rims, what kind of rims, tint, ....etc.... Who ever gives me the longest answers, I will pick for best answer thank you.
