Best roomy rain proof tent?

i want a rain proof tent that is really rain proof if it is a downpour of rain i want to stay dry i would at least like a 9'x10' size at the least but bigger then that would be great no larger then like 10'x16' give or take but if anyone knows a really good durable rainproof proven tent please let me know!
