Can my herbs eventually become organic?

I bought some Herbs and at local nursery (swiss chard's, basil, lettuce, lemon balm. cherry tomato) i thought they were organic but unfortunately they are not. If i plant them in organic fertilizer and don't eat the beginning blooms will they eventually weed out the chemical if they used any?
