Detoxing with suboxone?

I have been using suboxone for the last couple of weeks to detox from opiates. I was only going to take it for 5 days but seeing how it is a blocker it was a wiser choice for me to use it until I changed my living situation. I have since moved out of the apartment I was in where my roomy was using. I wan't to get off of the suboxone now, but in a smart way where I dont get that sick and want to use. I have been taking about one a day 8mg, sometimes just a half 4mg. If I have been taking one a day for 2 weeks, than what is a good way to ween off of them. I would really appreciate some advice from someone who has been through this or someone in the pro field. I dont want to be put on this from a doc. I have been getting it off the street. I have been on methadone before and want nothing to do with a drug replacement script. Thank you.
