We took in a stray come to find out she's pregnant. She had 10 total 2 were stillborn. Can she care for all 8?

The biggest little I have heard of a cat having is 6. Me and my husband have to decided to keep mama and one kitten. First on the list of thing to do as soon as possible is getting mama kitty spayed. I have her in our bedroom in a nice big roomy box with a towel in it. She seems to be happy. She jumped on my bed a few hours ago and meowed at me to come see her babies other then moving them into the box I havn't handled them. First time ever dealing with this kinda nervous.
