B&A: Does this car accident scene sound realistic?

This is really good, i like the bit about how things like this normally happen to other people, and the way you describe her feeling "I felt myself shaking; felt my eyes grow wide with fear, felt the sweat on my palms, and felt the pain in my lungs from the lack of air all at once." Just a couple of things, would you really have time to see his eyes roll into the back of his head? And also the bit about not seeing anything when you look under the car is a little bit misleading and confusing. But other wise this is really good. :)
