Can you watch netflix movies on the samsung epic? can you use skype video calls?

bout to get a new phone and im torn between the evo shift and the samsung epic. I was wondering if the epic had netflix streaming (actually watching movies, not managing my Q)and the skype app would let me do video calls from the phone. lookin for something to tip the scales on this decision. any help?
