How many calories did I eat today?

You ate the neccesary calories you needed. Look, it is not very smart to count calories every time u eat something. I learn that along time ago when one of my coaches told me "It's not how much you eat, it's what you eat. What you are made of is more important than how much u put in it. Plus u said that u swim 4 times a week right? So u have nothing to worry about.
