I'm looking for a small fuel efficient coupe or sedan?

I'm 6'2" and i need a roomier front seat, and at least 20 miles to the gallons. I would prefer a coupe but a sedan would do nicely. I want an automatic, doesn't have to be new but i would like it to be inexpensive and still in good shape. Any suggestions as to what cars i should look at?
