NOT meant to offend, just curious...?

IF YOU ARE BLACK AND ARE EASILY OFFENDED JUST STOP READING NOW. I don't have anything at all against black people, white people, or any other people for that matter. I'm just curious. Why is it that most black people talk differently than the general population, and have their own special slang. They are Americans, not immigrants, who have lived here with the rest of us for awhile now. I don't understand why black speak so differently. Also, why is it that most black people don't like to be called black? Are they ashamed or something? If I were white or asian, I wouldn't care is someone called me white or asian, because simply put, that's what I am theoretically. Also, why is it that many black people have wierd names that end with such suffixes as -ius, -iara, -vious, etc. Some examples.... Myisha, Kiara, Stantavious, Dephontavious, Amario, Ro'Darrius, Travante, Quendrell. Those are just some of my black friends names. Also, why is it that most black people who are educated and speak proper English are often outcasted from the rest of the black society, as if they aren't "hood" enough? Why is it that black people take pride in being "hood" if being hood means living in poverty and endangering your own life? Why is it that black people talk so loud. I have often observed black people in groups. When they get in groups the loudness grows to epic proportions. They yell and get louder and louder. Why? Just some things I have always been curious about. And for the record I'm neither black nor white, I'm from the Philippines. This is not meant to offend and I'm terribly sorry if it does, but I'm curious so I'm putting this out there for anyone mature enough to provide some insight.
