Which University of Ottawa residence is better- Brooks or Hyman Soloway?

I'm going to the University of Ottawa next year and I'm going to choose one of thses residences. They're both apartment style but have slightly different layouts. Which one is better for location, environment, facitilies, roomy, etc?
