Question about Rats and Travel?

This would be fine, as long as the bars/grids are close enough so the rats can't squeeze through & you can attach their water bottle. A fleece blanket would be great for the bottom & you can pack a couple of extra ones for when it gets soiled. They can also use the fleece to hide in if they like. Towels aren't as good because it's possible for the little guys to get their toes caught in the loops.
