Does Urabrask the Hidden affect the oppenents creatures if I use Warp World?

I have a playset of warp worlds in my eldrazi deck and threw an Urabrask in it because if i can give some eldrazis hast, it's epic. Some friends and i were playing, and I managed to get the Urabrask when i used Warp World. Some of my friends who are pretty "obsessed" with magic were under the impression that Urabrask would make their permanents eneter the battlefield tapped. I have no idea about this ability (combined with warp world). It would be pretty awesome if it does indeed make all the oppenents permanent enter tapped, but im not sure. Please only answer if you're sure. 'Cause this is one of those iffy magic things.
